Our new Greenhouse / Hoophouse is up! It is exciting to know that we will have some of our favorite produce earlier and maybe even do some winter farming this year! Our goal is to add one or two a year until we can continue to produce a wide array of produce throughout the cold winter months. Our first greenhouse is 20x40ft. Not huge, but large enough that we can put about 35 tomato plants along with pepper plants, squash, zucchini, cucumbers and a host of other "garden favorites." What is really incredible is watching the temperature rise to over 100 degrees in the dead of winter when it is 20 degrees outside!
